A combination of hits and misses

The outdoor area with fire pits and s'mores made our evenings magical! The staff were genuinely friendly, and we loved the convenience of water coolers around the property!

Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity made online tasks a hassle. Plus, the outdated bathroom fixtures left much to be desired—certainly not up to modern standards.

The room was clean and had all amenities I would expect from a hotel like this. The lights were brighter than most hotel rooms, and it had both AC and a variable speed ceiling fan. The included complimentary room WiFi worked fine and is crucial when staying away from home. Definitely a solid choice.

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed a memorable night in a serene King Room with Patio. The staff exceeded my expectations with their warmth. I particularly loved the peaceful atmosphere and the well-kept grounds. For a delightful meal, check out the on-site restaurant for its excellent breakfast options!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering great options for the family. The staff at check-in were welcoming and accommodating, which made the experience better. However, the pool could have been better maintained. there weren't enough clean towels and seating was limited due to a private event.

beautiful property but needs updates

The property impressed with its beautiful surroundings. The bed in the king room with golf course view offered super comfort for a restful night.

The dual outdoor pools and multiple fire pits provide a chill atmosphere for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the bonus of complimentary s'mores kits during the evening, which made for a nice touch in a family-friendly environment.

While the golf course views are appealing, the surrounding area lacks nearby dining options unless you enjoy a decent walk. The noise from nearby rooms can become distracting, especially if your neighbors are less than quiet, and I found the dated decor of the hallways to detract from the overall experience—it's in need of a refresh. Additionally, the resort fees felt a bit excessive for the amenities offered, which could leave some guests questioning the value of their stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel with our family! The outdoor game area, complete with ping pong and a fire pit for s'mores, was a big hit, especially for the kids. The clean and comfortable room provided a nice retreat after a long day exploring the area, and the friendly staff were always available to help us out. The dining options could use a bit of variety, but overall, it was a delightful stay.

We had a nice breakfast at TusCA—my almost 3-year-old could share the buffet for free! The grab and go station was super useful and well stocked, perfect for our family.

We spent 3 nights in a queen room with a golf view. The outdoor pool and hot tub were awesome, and I loved the filtered water dispenser! Staff were super friendly, but the room needed a good clean when we checked in. Plus, the restaurant had a cool vibe.

The Hyatt Regency provided an excellent work-cation experience with a room overlooking the Del Monte Golf Course. The breakfast options at the Sea Root were delightful, and the front desk staff, especially Lupita, were always friendly and efficient. During an unexpected power outage, the staff remained calm and accommodating, providing complimentary coffee and breakfast, showcasing their dedication to guest service.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff once helped me find my way when I arrived, and I'm always happy with their service. I'm coming back for Easter!
